i hoped and prayed that this great GREAT band would come within 300 miles from my Lake Michigan area residence this summer. Its probably a good thing though cause im a 6’5” 210 in shape man that hadnt cried since my grandpa died 28 years ago…..until i discovered Wolf Alice. A band has to be SOMETHING TRULY SPECIAL to choke me up every damn day.

They are an awesome band and seeing Ellie crowd surf is rad.

Ellie and company pardon the cliche are the modern Blondie with grunge alternative rock,shoegaze, and pop, influences plus folk.So much diversity in exploring different music genres and her vocals are beautiful and dynamic.Look foward to thier next album.Is it me or does she remind you of Deborah Harry(Blondie )but with hazel eyes instead of blue eyes.Smile sounds like Smashing Pumpkins meet Blondie.

This is terrific. But what are WA doing now? Blue Weekend getting on for three years old, and their website seems pretty moribund (nothing newsy beyond the release dates for BW). I hope they are still active.

long time fan, but this upped it a notch for me. I hate to say that I really don't hear or pay attention to lyrics, but I had left youtube's captioning on. Don't Delete is really sweet and her vocals are lovely here. They may never be wildly popular, but they're a legitimately good band. I better give Blue Weekend a few more listens.

I first heard of Wolf Alice from drunk/distraught girl. She pleaded with me for a ride after allegedly working the Outside Lands festival in Golden Gate Park, S.F. I reluctantly complied and she regaled me with raves about this hot young British band.Thank you, drunk/distraught girl. And I hope that you are ok.

Incredible performance, that voice, the band are super tight. Amazing. Saw them in Melbourne last year and they were brilliant.

Funny how she stopped playing that like guitar improv in like 2017. It took like 4 years to figure that it sounds kinda dorky.
